St. Mary School, Bethel, offers an outstanding education to students from Pre-K 3 to 8th grade. Students learn in a safe, faith-based, family environment. Small class sizes and a personalized approach to learning draw students from Bethel, Brookfield, Danbury, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Redding, and Woodbury. Students achieve top scores on state and national testing. The majority of our students continue on to an Honors track in high school. Our small class sizes allow children to thrive and excel.

Students have access to a Media Center for music, art, digital recording and video production. Spanish is taught in every grade, from K - 8. Updated technology includes a 1:1 Chromebook program and smart boards in every classroom. The science lab allows students to participate in a variety of STEM-based learning opportunities, and every year, our students compete in the CT State Science and Engineering Fair.

An exciting variety of after-school enrichment activities are offered, such as Coding, Meditative Coloring, Guitar, Yoga, Spring Musical and more. Competitive athletics include Basketball, Track and Cheerleading. Students in all grades take part in community service projects, contributing over 1000+ hours a year.
Our Pre-K students learn and play in big, bright, colorful classrooms. We also offer before-care for Pre-K students, and after-care for all students. Financial aid is available for eligible families.

At St. Mary School, your child will excel in a safe, loving family environment.
